Venue Measurements

We often receive questions regarding the size of items in our venue.  We thought you might find it helpful to have all of these measurements in one place! 

Guest Tables

Twenty 72 inch and (15) 60 inch wooden Farmhouse round tables are available to use. The 72 inch tables can seat 8 -10 and the 60 inch tables can seat 6-8.  If you want your tablecloths to reach the floor, choose 120 inch round tablecloths for the 60 inch tables and 132 inch round tablecloths for the 72 inch tables.  

Cocktail Hour Tables

The 20 Cocktail hour tables are 40in x 40in.

Wooden Farmhouse Service Tables

Six 9 foot long and Six 7 foot long rectangular tables are available for your head table, gift table, etc.  The 9 foot long tables fit 4 -6 comfortably and the 7 foot tables seat 3 - 5. you can use a 90in by 56in rectangle tablecloths….Because of the width of our wooden tables, most table clothes do not reach the floor.

Buffet/Cocktail Food Tables

There are 6-8 8ft Plastic tables that you and your vendors are able to use. In most cases, caterers cover the buffet and cocktail tables.

Aisle To Main Ceremony Space

From the bottom of our grand stairway to the beginning of the ceremony stage is roughly 100ft long and 8ft wide

Main Ceremony Stage

The stage at our main timber frame ceremony space is 32ft wide by 22ft long

Building - Primary Open Area

The primary open area of the venue is 60 foot wide by 77 foot long. 

Size of addition/side room

The area off the side of the main reception area is 30 foot wide x 60 feet long.  

Length of the Timber At Ceremony Stage

The wood timber is 26ft wide. (If you plan to hang flowers on the timber, most couples choose to do an arrangement that is roughly 8ft wide

Height of the Entrance To The front Doors

The clearance height of the entrance gate is 10 feet (keep in mind this is not the location buses would drop guests off or pick them up)  

Large Garage Door In Reception Space

The garage door is 16ft wide (This measurement is important if you plan to make your own backdrop for the head table)

Small Garage Door At Cocktail Area

The garage door is 12ft wide. (this is a great area for gift table, guest list, etc.….)

Greenery Walls

We have 2 that are 8ft by 8ft
